Add your Product

 

Adding a product to your Seller account enables you to list it on SaSiAa, making it available for users to purchase.

 

Once you are logged into your SaSiAa seller account, you may follow these simple steps to add your product:

 

1. Hover the pointer over “Products”, you will see the “Add New” option. Click on it.

  • Or Click on “Products” and at the top right corner, you see an “Add New” option. Click on it.

  • If you are using a smartphone to upload the product, click on the “Cube/Box icon”.

2. Select Single Product.

3. Product Title (Mandatory) : Write a Title for the product. 

4. Price (Mandatory):  Add the MRP under the “Price” section. 

  • Use a Sale Price, if the product is under sale.

5. Image (Mandatory): Click on the image icon at the left hand side to add images. If you want to add more than two images, you can click on “+”.

6. Categories (Mandatory): Choose a category under which your product lies and “All Products” category.

  • If you have added a sale price, additionally check the “Sale price” category.

If a category is not selected or the wrong category is selected, the reviewer should choose or update the category while reviewing the product.

7. Short Description (Optional) : Write a brief description of the product. A short description is what a user will see when they “Quick View” a product.

8.  Description (Mandatory): Write a detailed description of the product under the “Description” section.

9. Tags (Optional): You can add multiple tags under the tag option. Tags are the word/words under which you would like your product to appear when those word/words are searched in search engines (like Google). 

  • Note : Separate the tags with a comma ( , ) and tags that are not relevant to the product will be removed from our end.

10. Inventory

  1. SKU (Mandatory): Add the SKU for the product. SKU is a Stock Keeping Unit. SKU is unique for each item and services as a product identifier.

  2. Manage Stock (Mandatory): Check the “Manage Stock” option if you have limited stock.
    When you check the option, you will see a “Stock Qty” section. You can add the number of stocks you have for that product (i.e. 1,2,3…).
    If Manage stock is checked, you will get “Allow Backorders?” section. If backorder is allowed, the user can purchase the product even if it is out of stock.
    If “Manage Stock” is not checked, it will be assumed that there is unlimited stock and a user can purchase the product in large quantities.
    If Manage stock is unchecked, you can choose the “Stock status”.

  3. Sold Individually (Optional): If you want to allow one of this product to be purchased independently, then you may check the option.
    If the option is not checked, the user has to at least purchase two of this item.

11. Linked (Optional)

  1. Up-sells: You can add the product/s that you can recommend instead of the current viewed product. For example: Product/s that are more expensive or more profitable.

  2. Cross-sell: You can add the product/s that you want to promote in the cart, based on the current product.

  3. Frequently Bought Together: You can add the product/s that a user can buy along with the current one.

12. Product Video (Optional)
You can add a video of the product.

13. Product 360 View (Optional)
You can add a 360 view photo of the product.

14. Badges (Optional)
You can either use a custom badge for the product or use a “New” badge. The badge will be shown on the top left/right corner of the product’s image.

15. Dimension

  • Size (Mandatory) : Input the size of the product

  • Color (Optional) : Add the color or colors of the product

  • Material (Optional) : Add the material or materials used to make the product.

  • Weight (Optional): Add the weight of the product.

16. Details

 

  • Product Preparation Time (Mandatory) : Mention the time period it will take to prepare the product and read to ship. Using this option will allow you not to keep the product in store.

  • Sex (Optional): Mention the sex for whom the product is targeted.

 

Click Submit

 

The product will automatically go under a review and should be reviewed within 24 hrs. If the product is rejected, the reviewer will send you an email with the reason/s.
