If you choose to ship through us:

1. Within 24 hrs of receiving an order, you will get an email asking you if you want to ship through us or you want to ship on your own. 

• You need to reply to that email informing us that you want to use our shipping services.

2. Once the product is packed, you need to update us with a few information

• The measurement of the packed products (Length, Breath, Height and Weight). While taking the measurements do make sure to take a photo for the measurements to avoid measurement discrepancy . 
• Your pick up address
• Your full name 
• Your phone number (for pick up)

3. Reply to the email with the measurement’s photos and the mentioned information.

4. A service guy will be available at your pickup address to pick up your order as soon as possible.

Please note: The shipping cost will be deducted from your order amount.

If you choose to ship on your own:

1. Check the customer’s shipping address.
   
   
2. Please go to the nearest courier service provider to ship the product on the customer’s shipping address.
   
   
3. Once shipped, please update the tracking number/code and tracking url in your Sasiaa sellers account.
