Please note:

• You will only be able to request the withdrawal once the refund/ return period of 15 days is completed.
• The grace period of 15 days is used to protect the customers and the company from possible scam.

Step 1: Upon receiving the order it gets listed in order tabs, and from here you can check which order is still unpaid.

Step 2: You can manually claim withdrawal by clicking on the “Withdrawal” button from Payments section here: Dashboard >> Payments

Upon clicking the withdrawal button, you can submit a request to avail your earnings by selecting your order

Step 3: Once the request is submitted, we get the notification of the request and the payments will be processed. It can take up to 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
