A good description will help the customers to understand your product/s better and can help turn a viewer into a buyer.
You can use the following Best practices:
1) Describe only the product itself. Don’t describe other aspects like details about compatible products, accessories, other similar products available. Don’t provide your business’s history or policies.
2) Use professional and grammatically correct language. Correct grammar is easier to understand and gives you a more professional appearance.
3) Don’t use foreign characters for gimmicky purposes. This technique is common in spam and untrustworthy ads. For example: (ಠ_ಠ)
4) Don’t include comparisons or details about other products. For example, don’t mention things like “even better than X.” Let customers research other products on their own.
5) Don’t include links to your socials. Do not include any contact information or social links/ ids. Any social links or ids added in the description should be automatically deleted during the product’s review.
6) Don’t use capital letters for emphasis. Capitalized text is common in spam and untrustworthy ads. You should still use capitalization when it’s appropriate, including for abbreviations, countries, and currency. For example, “ADHD”, “WHO”, “UK”, and “INR”.
